2. Booking and Scheduling
- All service bookings are subject to availability.
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the cleaning service required and the property to be cleaned.

3. Pricing and Payments

- Serrano Cleaning Services strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will address your concerns and, if appropriate, re-service the affected areas at no additional charge.
- While we take utmost care, accidents can happen. Serrano Cleaning Services is insured for damage or breakage caused by our staff during the provision of our services. Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
- We are not responsible for damage due to faulty installation, pre-existing conditions, or improper maintenance of items.
7. Use of Photos
Serrano Cleaning Services may, with your explicit permission, take "before and after" photos of areas cleaned for quality assurance and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be included or associated with these photos without specific consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
